Software Terms and Conditions

• All paid modifications come with 1 Month free support limited to bug fixing or fixing existing features.(No new or additional features will be implemented unless part of paid request)
• Unless explicitly specified in the contract, all scripts are assumed to be non-exclusive.
• All scripts are licensed for use only on one instance of the website and domain.
• Unless explicitly specified, no software that is provided to the clients is free software or open source software.
• You are explicitly forbidden from sharing or redistributing the code, either in part or in whole. You are not allowed to assign, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software in any form
• All software is provided on "as is" basis and the author does not take any responsibility for the purpose and the subsequent usage of the modification. Further the author takes no responsibility for any damage or loss to yourself or to any other agency/organization/individual arising out of your using the modification.

Payment Terms
A flexible payment system is followed that may vary from client to client. For most clients, no upfront payment is charged. After the completion of coding, the client will be shown software screen shots/working demo. Full payment (as fixed before starting the project) will be charged before sending the software to the client
